Costs

Pool Together @Home is a social enterprise, all our profits go back into our work and to helping our community but we do charge for our services. Costs vary according to the type of type of work, but we are always clear about costs and will never add charges without your consent.

After receiving your enquiry, if you think we can help, we will visit the home

This will always be done by appointment and we will never visit without first letting you know in advance.

All our team wear identity badges showing a photograph and including our logo and contact details.

(Please do not let anyone into your home if you are not confident that they are who they say they are

If you are concerned call us immediately and we will confirm if they have been sent by us)

We need to visit to understand and price the work involved, but we will never pressure anyone to agree. We will provide clear details and the decision is up to you.

All our work is insured and all those working for us are insured. They have also been trained, checked and references taken as well as DBS’s where appropriate, to ensure the highest standards in all our work.
