What Should I Do Next?
- Fill in the form and we’ll be in touch . Any difficulty with the form and you can just give us a call 01429 697999 and we’ll walk you through it
- Once we have your basic information we will call you for a chat If you are happy, we will arrange a visit During the visit, we’ll want to find out about you and your needs. (we can also deal respectfully with friends or family members where help is being organised on behalf of someone else) If appropriate we can also share information about other help available, other local connections to support more active lives or reduce loneliness and isolation (only with consent), etc.
- We will then share a plan to match your wishes with regular or one off costs
- If this is acceptable we agree these terms with you, or the appropriate person, and the work can begin
- Your work will begin and we’ll regularly check in with you to ensure you are happy All work is fully insured and those carrying out the work have been trained and checked by Pool Together @Home
